This is a guest post by my good friend Will Nesbitt. Enjoy.
How does a group of musicians perfect their performances? How do we learn the words to a song we don’t even like? How do young children learn their ABC’s? How do babies learn their names? The answer? Repetition.
Dictionary.com defines ‘repetition’ as “repeated action, performance, production, or presentation.” The senses are open channels for the brain to receive information. Repetition is one way the mind absorbs and retains information fed to it through these channels. Repetition creates habits (and can even help break them). So, with that being said….be mindful of what you watch on TV and listen to on the radio. Be mindful of what you watch on TV and listen to on the radio.
Be..mindful..of..what..you..watch..on..TV..and..listen..to..on..the..radio.
